Nowadays, it is a very common phenomenon that some students are late for or even absent from
classes. And still there are some students who slip out of the classroom before the class is over. Class
attendance has become a serious problem to both the students and teachers.

There are several reasons for the problem. Firstly, most students haven’t realize the importance of
study, therefore are lack of motives to attend class. Secondly, school management and regulation toward
attendance is loose, therefore no regulator is responsible for low attendance. Thirdly, some teacher’s
course is rigid so it can hardly attract any student.

People have figured out many ways to solve the problem from different perspectives. For example,
use innovative teaching techniques to draw students’ attention. What’s more, give real examples to
students to stress the power of education on their life and possible aftermath lead by poor education.
With the joint efforts, I am confident that the problem will be solved and someday we’ll benefit from it.
