They hold the view that the civil servant jobs are rather easy and stable with high income and social status.

3.特殊用法
特殊句式的翻译：
（1）虚拟语气：是指说话人表示一种假设的情况，一种愿望，怀疑，推测，请求等，即认为动
词所表示的动作或状态并非事实。其谓语动词时态不同于陈述语气句子的时态，详情请见语法
板块。

Step1：拆句子——一个动词一句话，围绕动词造句子。
Step2：造句——找到各自对应的主语，再分别造句（简单句）。
Step3：连接——依照虚拟语气语法知识将小句子连接起来，继而得出复合句。

【例1】如果当时我们早点找到他的话，就可以救活他。
Step1：找动词： 找，救
Step2：造句： we had found him earlier；we could have saved his life.
Step3：连接： If we had found him earlier；we could have saved his life.

【模拟演练1】
如果我的妈妈知道了真相，她肯定会很生气。
If my mother knew/should know/were to know this, she would hit the roof.

【模拟演练2】
如果我处在他的位置，我也会这么做的。
If I were in his position, I would do the same.

唯有经过数百次实验后，他们才成功地解决了这个问题。
Only after they had performed hundreds of experiments, did they succeed in solving the problem.
